Make a bag... girls sewing party!
For Florence's 11th birthday we invited five of her friend to the shop with her and me to make a bag with collage. It took the six of them 2 hrs and the results were rather good! They all had a quick sewing machine lesson and managed to do a fair bit of the stitching themselves. We call it a sewing party those looking in might have called it a sweat shop! ;)
